Returns

& Refunds

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened* and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase. 

*Due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept any returns of products that have been opened.  

 

If you receive a faulty product please get in contact so we can discuss this with you.

 

We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund.


We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, you can contact us above. If your return is accepted, you will be responsible to purchase postage for the return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Information

  • All products are made in Yorkshire, UK. 

  • All products are cruelty free and vegan friendly (unless stated).

  • We formulate all of our own recipes which can be difficult to find elsewhere, and provide a range of fragrances that are not usually found on the market. 

  • Our products are great for those with sensitive skin, however always do a patch test first and consult a medical professional for any major concerns.
